Product Overview

The Arctic Freezer 4U-M is a single-tower server CPU cooler with 8 heat pipes, two 120 mm fans in a push-pull setup and a rated capacity of up to 350 W TDP. It stands out by covering a wide range of server and workstation sockets, including Intel LGA4189 and LGA4677 and AMD SP3, SP6, TR4, sTR5, sTRX4 and sWRX8, with a screw-down mounting system.

At just 145 mm tall, it fits 4U server racks and 4U-and-larger enclosures, and offers 53 mm of RAM clearance for memory modules with moderate heatsinks. The fans use dual ball bearings and run from 400 to 2,300 RPM at up to 40 dB, using a 4-pin connector. A 0.8 g syringe of Arctic MX-6 thermal paste is included, so it suits server, Threadripper and Xeon workstation builds out of the box.
