Product Overview
The Alphacool Eiszeit 2000 Chiller is a compressor cooler for water-cooling loops that delivers up to 1500 W of cooling capacity. Unlike most chillers or flow coolers, it has a powerful integrated pump rated at 10 m head and 600 litres per hour, so a separate pump is not needed. The 9 L integrated reservoir and standard G1/4″ connections keep setup simple.
The Eiszeit holds a preset coolant temperature automatically and can serve one system or several at once. Settings are made on the front display in fine 0.3 K steps. It works with almost any standard G1/4″ water-cooling fitting, so CPU blocks and GPU blocks connect directly. Safety features include compressor overvoltage protection and alarms for low flow or high temperature. Note that the temperature cannot be set below 20 °C. A throttle can be added via a ball valve or check valve if the pump proves too strong.
