Product Overview

The Thermaltake AX100 add-on chamber is an extension module for the Thermaltake AX700 XL-ATX case, not a standalone case. It adds 44 litres of extra space, with mounting for up to four 120 mm or 140 mm fans on each side and radiator support of up to 480/560 mm on both the left and right sides.

The AX100 suits builders who want to expand an AX700 system with extra power, storage or cooling capacity. It takes a standard PS2 power supply up to 220 mm long and, according to the manufacturer, accommodates up to eight additional HDDs or SSDs. With a mesh front and dust filters on the left, right and front, it keeps airflow high while helping to limit dust build-up in a large custom loop or high-capacity storage build.

All the process of building the config designed for my needs was handled very smoothly and rapidly by Jola. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock.
