Product Overview

The Inter-Tech U4-4088-S 4U Rack Server Case is a 19-inch rack-mount steel chassis for ATX motherboards, finished in black. It stands out with a lockable front door that protects the external drives, removable drive cages for easier installation, and seven full-size expansion slots. A 120 mm fan is fitted at the front, and the case accepts graphics or expansion cards up to 275 mm long and CPU coolers up to 130 mm tall.

This case suits server, storage or workstation builds that need to go into a standard 19-inch rack and need plenty of room for drives. The internal cross-member has a slot card holder that can also carry 4x 2.5″ drives, and separate card holders are included for short, medium and tall cards. The steel body is 1 to 1.2 mm thick, and the front panel has two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, power and reset buttons, and power and drive activity LEDs. A key, screw assortment and a 5.25″ to 3.5″ external mounting frame are included.
