The Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT Nitro+ Phantom Link OC is a 16 GB GDDR6 graphics card built on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture with 4096 stream processors and 64 Compute Units. It runs a game clock of 2520 MHz and an OC boost clock of up to 3060 MHz, with a 256-bit memory bus delivering 640 GB/s of bandwidth. Its power connector sits on the underside of the card.

This card is aimed at gamers building for 1440p and 4K, with support for FSR 4 with AI upscaling, hardware ray tracing, AMD Fluid Motion Frames and AV1 encode/decode. Connectivity is two DisplayPort 2.1b and two HDMI 2.1a outputs.
