Product Overview
The SilverStone AR12 RGB is a single-tower air cooler with a 120 mm PWM fan and four 6 mm heatpipes. It uses SilverStone’s improved Heat-pipe Direct Contact (HDC) design, where the heatpipes touch the CPU directly, paired with aluminium fins. The fan runs from 700 to 2,200 RPM, moving up to 68.9 cfm at 19 to 29 dB.
With its 154 mm height and 632 g cooler weight, the AR12 RGB suits compact to mid-size builds that want better cooling than a stock cooler without a large tower. The fan’s RGB lighting connects to a 4-pin 12 V RGB header, so it works with compatible motherboards or a separate RGB controller. Push-pin mounting covers a long list of Intel and AMD sockets, including LGA1200, LGA2066 and AM4.
