Since the product is shipped from Poland, delivery takes a little longer compared to local stores, but my order arrived within the estimated timeframe. Everything was as expected. The desktop came with one day of delay due to DHL issues, not their fault. The computer came very well packed however, the cooler fan was loose inside the case. I managed to fix watching some youtube videos, not a big deal. In general, I am very happy with the purchase and all the customer service.

Xcellent PC have good products and very good quality prices, went out of their way. Irish online stores in general have a common practice of selling something they don't have - claiming they do - and then ordering from their source, leading to long shipping times and frustated customers. That was not the case here! I've asked them to let me know when they had the graphics card I wanted back in stock as it was out of stock. On the next day I had a positive from them and in about a week the card  was installed on my pc ! On top of that they work with Humm so I could split the payments.
